" Brace Connection To Gusset Hss Paddle " connection design locks

An HSS, pipe or tube horizontal brace's paddle plate bolts to the brace's gusset per " Brace Connection To Gusset Hss Paddle " locks. The gusset welds (or bolts with a clip angle) to a beam's flange or web. The paddle plate to brace connection " Weld length " controls the notch length in the HSS brace. Locks for spacers are available only for double paddle plates.
