About this program

• SDS2 Model Review gives engineers, project managers and other qualified personnel an easy way to review the 3D model created in a full-featured SDS2 program and make comments to shop drawings or erection sheets.
• Users of this program can set the status of members (approved, fabricated, in shop, etc.) using Member Status Review , Drawing Data or Update Attributes .
• Status can be tracked using Status Display ( ).
• Object tools can be used to add graphics to a comment layer in any Drawing Editor drawing.
• SDS2 Model Review users can also plot drawings, generate reports , and import or export 2D drawings or 3D models.

Tips for using SDS2 Help

Tip 1:  Context-sensitive help is a part of this program. Click the button at the bottom right of almost any window in a SDS2 program. The precise portion of Help that discusses the window you are on will open in a browser.

Tip 2:  Words and phrases directly transcribed from the SDS2 program itself are indicated using italics. Double quotes identify the names of options, among other things. Items in single quotes always indicate settings.
