• A user coordinate system (UCS) can be used with ORTHO to do complicated drawings or complicated layouts of materials.
• To make the UCS useful with other Locate options (with ORTHO off), you can use " Set UCS Origin " to designate a point you locate as the UCS 0, 0, 0 point and " Rotate UCS " or " Align UCS " to rotate the UCS around that origin point.
• UCS tools can be very useful for taking measurements. For example, you can " Set UCS origin " to the 0, 0, 0 point you want the X, Y, Z display to measure from.
