Copy Job Standards to Global Standards ( Utility Functions )

1 . Start up Copy Job Standards to Global Standards using any one (1) of the following methods:
Method 1 : Home > Utilities > Utility Functions > Copy Job to Global > Job Standards: Copy to Global .
Method 2 : In Modeling (classic) or the Drawing Editor (classic), choose Utility > Copy > Copy Job Standards to Global Standards .
2 . A selection dialog opens. On it is a list of all job standard details in your current Job .

Note: If there are no job standard details in your current Job, you will be notified of such, and this operation will end without the selection dialog being opened. |
Alternative 1 : Select the names of the job standard details that you want to be copied as global standard details, then press the " OK " button at the bottom of this selection dialog. Go to step 3.
Alternative 2 : Press the " Cancel " button to end the Copy Job Standards to Global Standards operation. Do not continue.
3 . The job standard details selected in step 2 continue to exist in your Job as job standard details and copies of these same job standard details are now global standard details . This means that any Job that you can change to in your current version of this program can use them.
Tip: Use the Project Items List utility to confirm that this change has indeed taken place.
