Step-by-step instructions (Detail Sheets) :
Show Sheet can be used in Modeling to start the Drawing Editor and show the detail sheet of the selected member (or group member ). It can also be used to show gather sheets as described here . Drawing Editor review and comment functionality is available to you for that sheet (or other drawings). Step 1 (preselection) is optional. If you don't do step 1, in-tool selection is required -- see note 1 .
Tip: Model > Status Display > General status options > On sheet can be used to display members on sheets in a color of your choice. In this example, they are blue. | |

: Please note
Note 1: If you didn't do step 1 (preselection), the program activates Select One Item mode so that you can left-click ( Select ) the one member/material whose detail/gather sheet you want to view. This prompting also occurs when more than one member or a material (rather than one member) was selected in step 1.

Note 2: To invoke Show Sheet , in Modeling ...
Method 1 : Click the Show Sheet icon, which is pictured above. The icon can be taken from the group named ' View ' and placed on a toolbar (classic) or the ribbon (lightning).
Method 2 : If " Modeling layout style " is ' Classic ', you can use the menu system to choose View > Show Sheet .
Method 3, 4 or 5 : Show Sheet can also be configured to be invoked using a keyboard shortcut , the context menu , or a mode . For the lightning interface, this configuration is done using Customize Interface .
Note 3: If the member of material has not been placed on a sheet, you are notified of such by a warning dialog that says, " This was not on any sheet ."
