A 2-point gusset for angle, double-angle, W tee or wide flange horizontal braces to the web or flange of a beam is designed per " Gusset 2 Point " locks and can be bolted (with a clip angle) or welded to the beam's web. A 3-point gusset plates cannot attach to the beam with a clip angle, but must be welded.
