The Create a New ABM File window

To open this window, press the " New " button on the ABM Report window. You can use the window to enter a new ABM name or select an existing ABM. |
Enter ABM file name if creating a new ABM file: Type the name (up to 15 characters) that you want to give the new ABM (" ABM Name ") that you are creating.
Or select an existing file name (see below).
Select an existing ABM file: Select the name of the ABM that you want (all ABMs in your current Job are listed). The name that you select is automatically entered to " Enter ABM file name . . . " Warning: Doing this replaces the existing ABM with the new file (of the same name) that you are creating, and a warning message to that effect will appear as a result.
Alternative 1 : Press " OK " to log your instructions and close this window. " ABM Name " on the ABM Report window will show the name that you entered (or selected) on this window. If you are creating an new ABM, the ABM Report Criteria window opens.
Alternative 2 : Press " Cancel " to end this operation without creating a new ABM.
