User Defined Connections: Settings that are locked ( ) in a user defined connection file will automatically be locked on a member edit window for which that file is the " Input connection type ." You can, if you so choose, manually lock additional settings on the member edit window, and your changes will be retained, through multiple processes, so long as you do not change to a different connection then switch back to the original user defined connection.
Joist Edit: To change a setting, first set it to locked ( ).
Connection Guide: Joist top chord to concrete with pocket & bearing plate , Top chord joist seat to an embed plate , Extended joist bottom chord to an embed plate .
A related dimension not in this leaf: The distance from the end of the joist to the interior face of the pocket is governed by the joist's " Top chord " field clearances, the default for which comes from Home > Project Settings > Job > Field Clearances > " End and pocket clearance ." That distance is not adjustable here, in the " Joist End Pocket " leaf.
