Delete Context Menus

Delete Context Menus is used to delete a Shortuct Menu Configuration file from the shortcut_menu_configurations folder found in the SDS2 data directory.
Note: These configurations are used when the modeling or drawing editor layout style is set to Lightning.

1 . Select Delete Context Menus in Home > Utilities > Utility Functions > Delete.

2 . The shortcut_menu_configurations folder opens inside of Window's File Explorer. On it is a list of folders (directories) where shortcut menu configurations are stored. Select the shortcut menu configuration file(s) you wish to delete, and press Delete.

Note : If the SDS2 data directory is located on your local PC, the deleted file will be placed in your Recycle Bin. If the SDS2 data directory is located on a different PC/server, the file will not be recoverable when the configuration file is deleted.

  • This allows you to delete a shortcut menu configuration that is currently in use or that is used in multiple roles in one or multiple role configurations . If the context menu configuration is in current use, no warning will be given by the program, although you can continue to use that configuration until you exit the program (e.g., Modeling ).
  • A shortcut menu configuration can be assigned to a role in Customize Interface .
