The Safety Tabs - Column Setup window ( Job Settings )

Most of the links take you to the Column Safety Cable Tabs window that opens when you add the Safety Tabs - Column component to a column.

When you select a column and add a Safety Tabs - Column custom component in Modeling , the Column Safety Cable Tabs window is populated with settings from this window. Thereafter, during that same Modeling session, safety tabs that are added using that same custom component will use the settings from the Safety Tabs - Column component that was last added or last edited.

To open this window,Home > Project Settings > Job > Plugin Defaults > Component Defaults > double-click " Safety Tabs - Column ."

Note: This window provides setup for the Safety Tabs - Column custom component, which requires that you select a column. Measurements for the column safety holes are taken from the bottom of the selected column.

Alternative: A separate setup window configures defaults for the Safety Tabs custom component, which requires that you select a beam. Measurements are taken from the top flange of the selected beam.

To close Safety Tabs - Column Setup :

"OK" (or the Enter key) closes the Safety Tabs - Column Setup window and saves the settings on it to the Job Settings file loaded with your current Job . These options are applied the next time you start a new Modeling session and add a new Safety Tabs - Column custom component to a column.

"Cancel" (or the Esc key) closes this window without saving any changes made to it.
