Convert Classic Keyboard, Shortcut, and Modes

The Convert Classic Keyboard, Shortcut, and Modes utility can be used to extract keyboard and context menu shortcuts and modes used in the Classic layout style so that they can be used in the Lightning layout style. Classic keyboard and context menu shortcuts and modes reside in toolbar configuration files. This utility writes these items to separate keyboard shortcut configuration, context menu configuration, and mode configuration files.
