Step-by-step instructions :

" Project Items List " is a Utility that can be used to generate a report listing all items (of a category you select) that exist in the current Job ( exception: listings for global standard details include all global standard details that can be used in your current version of this program). The listing is output to the report viewer , which means that you may optionally print the listing, or output it to disk, or etc. A list of all items in selected categories can be very useful for project management purposes. You might use such lists, for instance, to determine what items you want to delete, or whether it is necessary to copy other items into the current Job, to determine what items you need to create or copy from other Jobs, or to serve as check lists.

1 . Start Project Items List using any one (1) of the following methods:

Method 1 : Home > Utilities > Utility Functions . Then (on the Utility Functions menu), click " Project Items List ."

Method 2 : In Modeling (classic) or the Drawing Editor , choose Utility > Project Items List .

2 . On the selection list dialog that appears, select the category(s) of the items that you want a print-out of. Then press the " OK " button and go to step 3.
