Convert Standard Part to Concrete Miscellaneous Member ( Modeling )
Tool summary :
- Converts imported IFC parts to a concrete legacy miscellaneous member.
- When imported from IFC files, concrete elements become members composed of user created standard part material . This tool converts those elements to a legacy miscellaneous member composed of concrete materia l .
- Activate the tool, then select the desired members. When you are satisfied with your selection, right click and choose " OK ." You are then prompted to select the location of the left and then the right member end points. An Output-Request Summary is output to the report viewer . All of the members that you select become part of the same member.
- The Convert Standard Part to Concrete Miscellaneous Member icon can be found in the group called ' Concrete ' (lighting or classic). The command can also be configured to be invoked using a keyboard shortcut, the context menu, or a mode. For the lightning interface, this configuration is done using Customize Interface .
Convert Standard Part to Concrete Miscellaneous Member - The ability use this tool requires an SDS2 Concrete or SDS2 Concrete Station license.
