Mark All Members for Detailing ( Modeling )

Tool summary :

  • Marks all members in your current view in Modeling for Detail Members .
  • As a result, all members in your current view will automatically be selected for detailing the next time you Detail Members .
  • You may want to use this tool, for example, if you have made changes to Fabricator Setup that affect detailing but not processing and you want those changes applied to all members in your current view.
  •  An alternative: You can mark members for Detail Members on their edit windows by clicking the button to for " Marked for detailing ."

   Step-by-step instructions :

The following instructions assume that you are in Modeling view that shows members.

1 . Invoke Mark All Members for Detailing using any one (1) of the following methods:

Methods 1, 2 & 3 : A Mark All Members for Detailing icon can be added to your toolbar (classic) or ribbon (lightning). The icon, keyboard shortcut or context menu command can be found in the group named ' Model -- Member '. For lightning, Customize Interface is used to configure ribbons, keyboards, the context menu and modes.

Method 4 : Choose Model > Member > Process > Mark All for Detailing (classic).

2 . A yes-no dialog opens. On it is the message: "Are your sure you want to mark ALL members in your current erection view for detailing?"

Alternative 1 : Press the " Yes " button if you want to mark for detailing all members in your current erection view. This means that all members in your current erection view will automatically be selected for detailing the next time you Detail Members .

Alternative 2 : Press " No " if you want to cancel this operation and keep everything as it was before step 1.
