Toggle Stick/Solid

Changes a member's style from stick to solid transparent, solid transparent to solid transparent main, solid transparent main to solid opaque, and solid opaque to stick.

1 . Preselect a Member to enable the Members contextual page and click the Toggle Stick/Solid icon found in the Display section.

Alternative: Invoke Toggle Stick/Solid using the Find Tool by searching the command name and clicking the icon, which is pictured above.

2 . The member style immediately changes to a different member style based on its current style.

Alternative: If you did not preselect a Member in step 1, the status line prompts, "Select a member". Left-click (Select) a member and it immediately changes to a different member style based on its current style.

  • Solid transparent is a member display style that features transparent member main material and transparent connection material.
  • Solid transparent main is a member display style that features transparent member main material and opaque connection material.
  • Solid opaque is a member display style that features opaque member main material and opaque connection material.
  • Members which have not undergone Create Solids can only be shown in stick form.
  • Members that have been marked for processing are automatically displayed in stick form as a result of their being marked.
