Pin Edit

Opens the Member End Edit window.

1 . Preselect a Member End to enable the Member Ends contextual page and click the Edit icon ( ) found in the Modify section.

Alternative: Invoke Pin Edit using the Find Tool by searching the command name and clicking the icon, which is pictured above.

2 . The Member End Edit window opens. When you are done adjusting or reviewing its settings, click OK to accept any changes and close the window.

Alternative 1: If you did not preselect one or more member ends, the status line prompts, "Pin Edit: Select member ends". Select one or more member ends and press Enter or right-click and select OK. Then follow step 2 above.

Alternative 2: Click Cancel to close the window without accepting the changes.

  • In the Display Options window, check the boxes ( ) for Member ends always displayed and Member lines. If Member ends always displayed is unchecked ( ), the ends can still be selected for editing by hovering over them with your mouse cursor or with an area box.
  • You can also edit a member end and its member pins by double-clicking it.
  • The color of the member end changes according to Member Pins setup. Different colors are set for System pins, User pins, and Disabled pins.
