Set UCS origin
Moves the 0, 0, 0 point of the User Coordinate System (UCS) to a point that you locate on screen.

1 . Click the Set UCS origin icon, which is pictured above. The icon can be found on the Layout page > UCS section.
Alternative: Invoke Set UCS origin using the Find Tool by searching the command name and clicking the icon, which is pictured above.

2 . The status line prompts, "Locate UCS origin". Various Locate options become active along with Locate - Pan - Return mouse bindings. Left-click (Locate) where you want the UCS origin to be located.
Alternative: Press Esc or right-click (Return) to end the command.
