Lasso Deselect ( Drawing Editor )

Tool summary :

• Lets you use a lasso to deselect one or more items that are currently selected.
• Lasso Deselect allows you to make a single deselection by left-clicking and dragging to draw a lasso around one or more objects.
• Alternatively, while in Lasso Mode , you can hold down the Ctrl key, left-click ( Select - ), and draw a lasso around objects to accomplish the same. Unlike using Lasso Deselect , this selection mode allows you make multiple deselections.
• To invoke Deselect Objects :

Method 1 : Click the Lasso Deselect icon. The icon can be taken from the group named ' Selection ' ( Drawing Editor ) and placed on a toolbar (classic) or the ribbon (lightning).

Method 2, 3 or 4 : Lasso Deselect can also be configured to be invoked using a keyboard shortcut , the context menu , or a mode . For the lightning interface, this configuration is done using Customize Interface .
