Mark/Unmark submaterial CNC downloaded ( Home & 3D & 2D)
Tool summary :
- Marks or unmarks submaterials for CNC downloading. When submaterials are marked for CNC downloading, they are, by default, selectable on the selection dialog for CNC downloading by submaterial mark.
- As a result, " CNC Downloaded " is set to ' YES ' or ' NO ' on the General Information window of those materials that you select.
- This operation also affects whether or not submaterials are listed on the selection dialog for downloading by '
Submaterial '. The operation does not affect piecemarking.

Step-by-step instructions :
1 . Do any of the following to invoke Mark /Unmark submaterial CNC downloaded :
Method 1 : Home > Utilities > Utility Functions > Change Options > Mark /Unmark submaterial CNC downloaded .
Method 2 : Click the Mark /Unmark submaterial CNC downloaded icon. The icon can be taken from the group named ' Edit -- Change Options ' and placed on a toolbar (classic) or the ribbon (lightning).
Method 3 : If the " Modeling layout style " or " Drawing Editor layout style " is ' Classic ', you can use the menu system to choose Edit > Change Options > Mark /Unmark submaterial CNC downloaded .
Method 4, 5 & 6 : Mark /Unmark submaterial CNC downloaded can also be configured to be invoked using a keyboard shortcut , the context menu , or a mode . For the lightning interface, this configuration is done using Customize Interface .
2 . After you invoke this Change option, the Select Submaterials selection dialog opens. On it is a list of submaterial marks that are in the 3D model.

After you press " OK ," the choice you make in the next step will either mark or unmark for CNC downloading the submaterial marks you selected here, on this window. |

2a : Note that " Hide ... " and " Show All " can be used to adjust which submaterial marks are shown on the list.
2b : Select the submaterials you want, then press " OK ."
Alternative : You can press " Cancel " to end this operation.
3 . A window opens so that you can choose the operation you want to perform. Your choices of operations are " NOT Downloaded " and " Downloaded ."
Mark CNC Downloaded 
Alternative 1 : Press the " NOT DOWNLOADED " button to have " CNC Downloaded " read ' NO ' on the General Information window of those materials that are under the submaterial marks that you selected in step 2.
Alternative 2 : Press the " DOWNLOADED " button to have " CNC Downloaded " read ' YES ' on the General Information window of those materials that you selected in step 2.
Note: For alternative 2, if you select a Job which does not have a Fabricator (for example, a 7.3xx Job), you will be notified that the Job does not have a Fabricator, and this operation will end.
4 . The window closes and all of the submaterials that you selected in step 2 are marked per the choice that you made in step 3
Effect on CNC downloading: If User and Site Options > Site > " Hide items that have been downloaded from CNC selection menu " is turned on (checked) and you pressed the " Downloaded " button in step 3, the submaterial piecemarks that you selected in step 2 will not be listed on the selection dialog for downloading by '
