Reset UCS to screen coordinates
Resets your modified User Coordinate System (UCS) to align with your screen coordinates.

1 . Click the Reset UCS to current view icon, which is pictured above. The icon can be found on the Layout page > Views/Grids section.
Alternative: Invoke Set UCS to current view using the Find Tool by searching the command name and clicking the icon, which is pictured above.

2 . The modified UCS resets to your screen coordinates. The UCS axes will show the X axis horizontally and the Y axis vertically.
- The default UCS aligns with screen coordinates. When you modify the UCS using other tools such as Rotate UCS, Reset UCS to screen coordinates will undo the modification.
- Use Set UCS to previous coordinate system to undo Reset UCS to current view.
