Cloud Edit All
Tool summary :
- Automatically opens a window for multi-editing all clouds that are on shown layers in your current drawing.
- Shown layers are visible layers (layers marked " Show "). Since Cloud Edit All works only on visible layers, you can -- prior to activating this tool -- turn off particular layers to exclude clouds that are on those layers from being edited.
- Cloud Edit All can help you to ensure that clouds are drawn consistently. When the Cloud Edit window opens, you can easily identify mixed entries because they are grayed out . If you then, for example, change the " Pen color ," all clouds will be assigned that same pen.
- The selection of objects that is made prior to using Cloud Edit All does not affect the operation of the tool, nor does the tool affect the selection. For example, if you have weld symbols selected before you activate the tool, the weld symbols remain selected after Cloud Edit All is done.
- To invoke Cloud Edit All and edit all clouds that are on shown layers:
Method 1 : Click the Cloud Edit All icon. The icon can be taken from the group named ' Objects -- Clouds ' and placed on a toolbar (classic) or the ribbon (lightning).
Method 2 : If " Drawing Editor layout style " is ' Classic ', you can use the menu system to choose Objects > Clouds > Edit All .
Method 3, 4 or 5 : Cloud Edit All can also be invoked using a keyboard shortcut , the context menu , or a mode . For the ' Lightning ' layout style, configuration of the interface is done using Customize Interface .
