Circle Mode
Tool summary :
- Lets you invoke -- via your mouse -- commands for adding, modifying, or deleting circles.
- Modes can be reconfigured by users in Mode Configuration . This documentation explains the defaults for this mode.
- To activate Circle Mode :
Method 1 : Click the Circle Mode icon. The icon can be taken from the group named ' Objects -- Circles ' and placed on a toolbar (classic) or the ribbon (lightning).
Method 2 : If " Drawing Editor layout style " is ' Classic ', you can use the menu system to choose Objects > Circles > Circle Mode .
Method 3, 4 or 5 : Circle Mode can also be configured to be invoked using a keyboard shortcut , the context menu , or a mode . For the lightning interface, this configuration is done using Customize Interface .
- Note: If you have nested this mode inside another mode using Mode Configuration , you can invoke this mode's mouse bindings from within that other mode by clicking the appropriate mouse button. To bring back the mouse bindings of the original mode, use Mode Return (or Esc ).

- If you find yourself stuck while executing a command and want to bring back the original mouse bindings, click the mouse button for Return (usually right-click). If Return is not shown on the mouse binding reporter, press Esc to execute Mode Return .
- For example, Circle Add brings you into a loop for repeating the command over again -- right-click ( Return ) when you are done adding circles.
