To use Rebar Runs :
The Rebar Runs tool can add multiple Rebar Run custom components to any member. Each Rebar Run component added by this tool can be edited or deleted indpendently of other rebar runs that it added.
1 . Click the Rebar Runs icon.
2 . Locate- Pan -Return mouse bindings become active.

Add the first Rebar Run custom component using in-tool selection:
2a : While in Select One Item mode, select the member that you will add the first Rebar Run custom component to.
2b : Locate the left end of the first rebar run by left-clicking ( Locate ) to select its first point. After you enter the first point, Locate-OK-Cancel mouse bindings become active.
2c : Enter the second point of the run by left-clicking ( Locate ), then middle-click ( OK ) to accept the points
2d : The RebarRun Edit window opens. Enter the settings that you want, then press " OK " to close the window.
2e : If User and Site Options > Modeling > " Automatically process after modeling operation " is set to ' Process and create solids ', the bars will be generated immediately. If not, the bars will be generated on the concrete member the next time the member undergoes Process and Create Solids . Enter the settings that you want for the component, and press " OK ."
3 . Locate- Pan -Return mouse bindings become active.
bindings 3a : To add more rebar runs, left-click ( Locate ) to place the left end of each rebar run. The run will be placed in the same orientation as the rebar run that you added in step 2.
3b : Right-click ( Return ) to exit the tool.
Result: If User and Site Options > Modeling > " Automatically process after modeling operation " is set to ' Process and create solids ', the bars will be generated immediately. If not, the bars will be generated on the member the next time the it undergoes Process and Create Solids .
