ANNO (Toggle Annotations)

Tool summary :

• ANNO stands for "Toggle Annotations." It turns on or off the display of the dimension and degree annotations that can be shown when you locate points.
• For the most part, these annotations appear during second point location. They can appear for point location with Polar Point , On Line , INCL , or any othe r point snap option.
• ANNO also turns off the display of noticed points . The noticed points can still be snapped to and located -- only their display is turned off.
• Here's an example of using ANNO with Polar Point .

• To invoke ANNO :
  
  
  • Method 1 : Click the Anno icon, which is pictured above. The icon can be found in the group named ' Locate ' on the ribbon.
  • Method 2, 3 or 4 : Anno can also be configured to be invoked using a keyboard shortcut , the context menu , or a mode . This configuration is done using Customize Interface .
