Actions that clear the Undo history :

  • Open another drawing or Open Next Drawing or Open Previous Drawing from your current drawing. When your old drawing closes, the new Undo history applies to the new drawing that is opened.
  • Save a sheet after performing an operation that changes the composition of a sheet. For example, Save ( Ctrl + s ) after Sheet Item Add or Sheet Item Erase or Sheet Item Erase All clears the Undo history. But if you perform an Sheet Item Edit , you can Undo your edit changes even after you Save .
  • Definition: The Undo history is the complete list of undoable actions that the Drawing Editor maintains when you are working in a drawing. The most recent item added to the history is the action that Undo will undo.
